Naan Mudhalvan Competitive Exams

Naan Mudhalvan – Competitive Exams Vertical was inaugurated by Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on 7th March 2023 with a primary focus on empowering the Youth of Tamil Nadu to excel in competitive exams conducted by Union Government recruitment agencies.

Through comprehensive training and dedicated assistance, this vertical aims to equip young individuals with the skills and resources they need to succeed in these demanding exams and increase the proportion of Tamil Nadu Candidates in Union Government Services.

Schemes

The following schemes/ programmes are implemented through Naan Mudhalvan Competitive Exams Vertical:-

Naan Mudhalvan UPSC Civil Service Prelims Scholarship of Rs.7,500/- per month for a period of 10 months to 1000 candidates.
Naan Mudhalvan UPSC Civil Service Mains Scholarship of Rs.25,000/- to the candidates who clear UPSC Civil Service Prelims Exam.
Naan Mudhalvan UPSC Civil Service Training Programme for the students of All India Civil Service Coaching Centre and Scholarship Scheme Beneficiaries.
Running of Naan Mudhalvan UPSC Study Hall (cost-free) at Anna Nagar with 200 seating capacity.
Naan Mudhalvan Residential Coaching Centres for SSC cum Railways, Banking Exams at Chennai, Salem and Srivilliputhur for 1000 students.

Selection of Beneficiary candidates for Naan Mudhalvan UPSC Civil Service Prelims Exam Scholarship Scheme and SSC/Railways/Banking Exam Residential Coaching Programmes:

Beneficiary candidates will be shortlisted through screening test as per the respective exam pattern and syllabus.
